June is Immigrant Heritage Month—a time to celebrate the strength, courage, and contributions of immigrants while also acknowledging the barriers, discrimination, and uncertainty that many communities continue to face.
Without question, healing is deeply connected to justice, belonging, and community. We recognize that immigration journeys often carry stories of resilience, hope, grief, sacrifice, cultural pride, and intergenerational healing. We also recognize the impact that xenophobia, racism, family separation, displacement, and systemic inequities can have on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
We stand in solidarity with immigrants, refugees, mixed-status families, and all those seeking safety, opportunity, and connection. We celebrate the wisdom, traditions, languages, and cultures that enrich our communities and make our collective healing possible.

Pride began as a movement for liberation, fueled by the courage of people who refused to hide who they were and demanded a world where they could live openly, safely, and fully.
As we celebrate Pride, we honor the resilience, joy, and strength of LGBTQIA+ communities—past, present, and future. We also recognize that the work of creating equity, safety, and belonging is ongoing.
At our practice, we believe that healing and liberation are deeply connected. Through therapy, yoga, and reiki, we strive to create spaces where every person is welcomed in their full humanity. This Mother's Day, we honor the many expressions of motherhood and the powerful women who embody them every day.
We celebrate mothers - the ones in the thick of it, showing up day after day with strength, leadership, and deep, unwavering care. Whether you are raising young children, supporting grown ones, navigating sleepless nights, or holding your family together though life's many seasons - your presence matters.
We also honor the broader spirit of mothering that lives in so many women: as guides, healers, nuturures, and community builders. In our therapy, yoga, and reiki spaces, we witness this energy daily - the resilience, the courage to grow, and the compassion that supports others through change.
We hold space for the truth that motherhood comes in many forms. It may look like raising kids, mentoring others, caring for loved ones, or tending to the world in meaningful ways.

🤍 Today is Anti-Diet Day 🤍
In a world that constantly tells us to shrink, fix, or “bounce back,” we want to offer a different message:
You are not a problem to solve.
Your body is not a project.
Your worth was never meant to be measured in numbers, sizes, or before-and-after photos.
And your weight is not a true indicator of your health.
For so many women—especially those navigating postpartum changes, healing from disordered eating, or rebuilding self-worth—this day can bring up a lot. Grief, anger, relief, hope… all of it is valid.
What if, instead of fighting your body, you began listening to it?
What if care replaced control?
What if you trusted your internal cues rather than relying on external data collectors—watches, scales, calorie counts—to tell you how you’re doing?
What if nourishment—physical, emotional, and mental—became the goal?
Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself, gently.
Today, we honor bodies in all their seasons.
We honor rest.
We honor nourishment.
We honor you.
