This is a hard post to write.
After giving everything I have to this space, I’ve made the decision to close 30 Minute Hit at the end of the month.
This place has never just been about a workout. It’s been about women finding their strength, building confidence, and showing up for themselves on days they didn’t feel like they could. It’s about the community, laughs, tears, love, and support we’ve been able to share on this adventure called life.
And that… is something I will carry with me forever.
To every free trial, member (past & present), every trainer (especially my long time trainers Kayla & Bri), and for every sweaty fist bump: Thank You from the bottom of my heart. You made this more than a gym. You made it a community.
We’ll be open through March 31st and I would love to see as many of you as possible before we close our doors.
Let’s finish strong 🥊

It’s Thursday… and this is your reminder:
You don’t need perfect conditions.
You don’t need more time.
You don’t need to feel ready.
You just need to show up. 🩵
The wraps. The gloves. The work.
It’s all waiting for you.
One round at a time. Let’s go. 👊✨

The Metric That Matters More Than Weight
For a long time, many fitness messages have revolved around a simple idea: weigh less. Lose the pounds. Watch the number drop. Celebrate the “before and after.” But the scale was never designed to tell the whole story. In reality, it measures only gravity. It doesn’t measure how confident you ...
