On September 9-10, Cosens Youth students can wear their favorite pajamas to class and train in style. We’ll still be working hard, learning, laughing, and having a great time, just with a little extra comfort added in.

Safety equipment is still required, so make sure your child brings everything they normally need for class.

Hello, this is Coach James Grills! To all of our Midland Consens families that registered for the Sword Seminar. Due to and overwhelming sign up for the event we will have to break up the classes into several different time slots.

On Friday at 5pm will be for little ninja's
-5:30 pm will be for Monday-Wednesday CMA's and Tuesday-Thursday 4:15 pm CMA's
-6:00 pm will be for Tuesday-Thursday 5:15 pm CMA's and 7 pm CMA's

This special seminar is open to children ages 5-12, and no previous martial arts experience is needed. Students will learn beginner-friendly techniques using safe, durable training swords under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
