Meet Catherine 🤍

She’s not new to Āyu, but we can now call her an instructor, playlist lover and firm believer that movement should be FUN.

Catherine is bringing the energy to Āyu with classes built around challenging movement, sneaky props, and plenty of “wait…I can actually do that?!” moments.

Texas born, Midwest transplanted, dog mom to Kenny + proud Aunt to two nieces.

We can’t wait for you to move with her Monday and Thursday evenings beginning in October!

Pinch me moments. All week long. 🤍

This week has been one of those weeks where I’ve had to stop, look around, and really take it all in.

As a woman, a business owner, and someone who once held Āyu as just an idea, seeing what it has grown into sometimes leaves me in complete disbelief.

The opportunities. The growth. The people. The COMMUNITY.

Āyu is so much bigger than me. It’s every instructor who pours their heart into this space and every client who walks through our doors, shows up for themselves, and continues to choose us.

You are all a part of Āyu’s story. And I don’t take a single bit of it for granted.

Feeling incredibly proud, grateful, and still a little in disbelief that this is real.
