Happy Labor Day! Hope everyone enjoys time with friends & family today and have enjoyed a wonderful weekend of the unofficial end of summer. Really looking forward to seeing students back on the mat tomorrow!!

It is my absolute pleasure to present to you our newest Black Belts!! To say I’m proud is a huge understatement! I find myself trying to be more excited and less emotional, as it is not just a testament to their hard work, but also to the collective experience with the entire Dojang, and it makes me so, incredibly happy and grateful for such an outstanding group we have as our Taekwondo family ❤️ Congratulations to all!!!!!

Life has gotten busy for Aaliyah and her family but she still finds the time to make it to class and when there’s an opportunity to compete, she’s locked in and ready! Double elimination black belt division for her, resulting in a hard earned silver today in Kalamazoo! 🥈🥋
