Can you tell by the look how I feel about these statements? 😜
Just a few reminders..
- you can reach your fitness goals while being a kickass mom
- “eating clean” is arbitrary term that means nothing. And leads to believing foods are “good” and “bad”.. which often puts people in the restrict & binge cycle with food
- knowing how to apply any knowledge you have & stay consistent with it is half the battle
- trying to become a whole new person on Jan 1st is overwhelming & unrealistic to maintain .. start with small steps.
- true strength training is the GOAT to looking & feeling your best as you age. & it’s never too late to start!!
