Love this!! Keep this in mind when you come to Fit Camp!! One hour of hard workout that pays off at the end!! No.... I can’t , it’s too heavy, you are killing me, water break..... Good job this week ladies👏👏👏 I am doing swings and pull ups tomorrow after Zumba if somebody wants to join me!!

A New Year is a good reason to start fresh.. If you want to stay strong, burn calories and build healthy bones, strength training is the answer. And no reason for us as women to think we are going to bulk up. Our high levels of estrogen make it very difficult. When we lift weights, we tone, get stronger and our endurance level improves. Lifting weights at least two times per week preserve muscle mass, control our weight, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, decreases injury risk.
