We love celebrating ALL kinds of milestones here at F45 Midlothian, and this one is extra special!

Today was Alyssa’s last class before welcoming her sweet baby boy into the world on Wednesday!

Coach Logan made sure to capture this sweet moment after class because some milestones deserve a little extra love!

Milestones at F45 Midlothian!

Carolina Banda hit 300 classes! She is such a sweet member who works hard, loves lifting heavy, and always has great form! We love watching her get stronger!

Coach Amber celebrated 200 classes! We absolutely love her as a coach! She’s so personable, has never met a stranger, and makes everyone feel welcome!

Breanne S. hit 200 classes! What an amazing accomplishment! We love seeing her show up, stay consistent, and put in the work! Every class is another step toward getting stronger, and we’re so proud of her dedication!

Autumn Smith celebrated her first studio milestone! She’s already down 19 pounds, and we couldn’t be prouder! We can’t wait to see what else she accomplishes!

OFFICIALLY QUALIFIED FOR THE 2026 DEKA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP! 🌎 Gabby Johnson

Help us give a HUGE shoutout to our very own COACH GABBY for officially qualifying for the 2026 DEKA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP! 🌎🏆

That’s right! Our girl is headed to the WORLD STAGE to compete in the DEKA MILE World Championship on December 11th in Fort Worth, TX!

If you’ve ever taken one of Gabby’s classes, you know she brings the ENERGY, the MOTIVATION, and the WORK ETHIC every single day! She doesn’t just coach it… SHE LIVES IT!

Gabby is proof that hard work, consistency, and dedication pay off! She’s out there practicing what she preaches, pushing her own limits, and showing our F45 family what it truly means to lead by example.

We couldn’t be more proud to have her as part of our coaching team and representing our F45 family on the world stage!
