I LOVE puzzles

Figuring out a game plan for what to eat while you're cutting or dropping weight can be overwhelming. I get that.
This is what I do to make it simpler for myself:

1) Do the calculations, take the first couple of weeks to find a comfortable pace for your cut and what calorie limit will do that for me.

2) Use a food tracking platform to do the math and fit my meals together like pieces of a puzzle

3) Set it and forget it! For me, eating the same meals everyday for a month or two is not difficult. It is what works for me, so that is how I do it.

You may not be someone who can stand eating the same meal even two days in a row. You may not even be someone who wants to do that math. That's okay!

One of my absolute least favorite things is the concept of sensationalizing information. The influencers will try to sell you a product or an exercise, suggesting that is is the best of the best. Period. Or that it is the one saving grace that you need.

This irks me because every body is different. What would work for one person's body may not work for another person's body to the same extent. For example, one person might only need 100mg Ibuprofen, another person may need 500mg.

The same thing applies to working out. An actor's workout that got them huge for a certain role may not help you as much, or the specific exercise that is said to be "the best," or "optimal" may not be the exercise that is most optimal for you.

The form that you maintain during a lift will also differ from body to body. This is because of differing anthropometrics - lengths of torsos, legs, etc. - one person's squat may be more bent over and another person's squat may be nearly upright.

This is what personalized or individualized means for me. Personalized or individualized to work best for you. We work together to find that for you and set you on your way to succeeding your goals!
