Zumba with Kayla

I am going to see about attending Zumba at Carolyn's class Wednesdays as 10am

McKenzie and I attended zumba at 9:00 am on Saturdays at scissor tail park! It was so much fun! Kenzie's first time seeing a class. She wore out in like one song hahah but Emily was great and so was her class! I took it at my pace also for getting back into things! Who will come with me next? I can't attend this Saturday 19th. But I will be there the 26th! Zumba!!!!

So I personally am not a fan... especially now after all the back surgeries. I feel there is a better way to 1- recover and properly strengthen those same muscles used 2- use movements that properly train adults how to get up off the ground in a better technique that will actually aid them to have as you age 3- not hurt people with which the "speed" that is made common for these used. I advocate this move going slow

Zumba with Crys is in harrah today! Let's go and support her and get a good workout in! I may have forgotten my clothes today so let me see if I have backup ones! I planned to go!
