Think of every vegetable you can, mix them together and then add some pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and my favorite, HOT SAUCE!

Meal prep is a major key to sticking to a diet. It helps you always have a healthy option available and dishes like this are filling, and yet macro friendly. Steamed cauliflower blended with garlic and onion and peppers mixed with chicken and other veggies and teriyaki sauce is delicious and only 300 calories, 27.1 Carbs, 7.1 Fat, and 40.1 Protein.

Japanese Cheesecake for the fam. It’s jiggly and soft and melts in your mouth, but has more of a cake like consistency. I’ll have strawberries, blended together and whole strawberries, and then also whipped cream and powdered sugar out to use for toppings.
