How long have you been on swim team?
Jade- 3 years
Chloe- 3 1/2 years

What is your favorite thing about swim?
Jade- I love the meets and always meeting new people.
Chloe- Competing.

Favorite stroke and why?
Jade- Butterfly because I’m good at it and I feel strong when I swim.
Chloe- Freestyle because I’m good at it.

What is your best memory from swim team?
Jade- When we were at the Fargo meet and we played hide and seek before our session.
Chloe- The 2025 Fargo Swim Meet.

What would you tell someone who is considering joining swim team?
Jade- It’s super fun and all of my memories are from swim, but you have to work really hard.
Chloe- You should do it because you would have fun every day!

What is your favorite thing about swim?
I get to hang out with my friends.

Favorite stroke and why?
Backstroke because that’s the one I’m best at.

What is your best memory from swim team?
When Coach Bri told me I qualified for state after my race!

What would you tell someone who is considering joining swim team?
It is fun because you get to spend time and swim with your friends!

How long have you been on swim team?
Thomas- 6 years
Sophia-6 years
Crosby- 5 years

What is your favorite thing about swim?
Thomas- competing and seeing my hard work pay off at meets.
Sophia- relays at state swim.
Crosby- swim meets.

Favorite stroke and why?
Thomas- backstroke, it’s easier to breathe while swimming it.
Sophia- breaststroke, I have a good breaststroke kick.
Crosby- free, I like it!

What is your best memory from swim team?
Thomas-qualifiying for Sectionals for the first time.
Sophia- almost hitting Sectional time in our relay at state.
Crosby- almost getting to be overall state champion, but missing it due to a DQ in my IM.

What would you tell someone who is considering joining swim team?
Thomas-try it out! I guarantee you’ll like it!
Sophia- try it! You never know how far you can get with it!
Crosby- it’s fun!

What is your favorite thing about swim?
The camaraderie of our team.

Favorite stroke and why?
Freestyle is my favorite to swim, but my fastest stroke is the backstroke.

What is your best memory from swim team?
When Logan D. and I got first in a relay.

What would you tell someone who is considering joining swim team?
You have to work hard, but the physical fitness is worth it in the end. It keeps you in shape, and you can enjoy swimming your whole life.

Pierce- Getting to meet new people from all over the state.

Pierce- Breaststroke, it is my best stroke.
Vivian- Breaststroke, because it is fun.

Pierce- Riding the team bus to the Fargo swim meet.
Vivian- Going on the Fargo bus.

What would you tell someone who is considering joining swim team?
Pierce-Joining swim can give you the opportunity to make many new friends.
Vivian- Swim team is fun, and it builds lots of muscles.
