Hard to believe we are heading into our last week of summer Agility! These young athletes have been grinding it out in the heat Monday-Wednesday all summer long. Some days takes more encouragement than others 😉.

Not only have we been working on speed, quickness, and agility, but also adopting healthy habits outside of training time like eating breakfast and getting enough sleep. Things we’ve learned: not all breakfasts are created equal and going to bed by 10pm can be challenging in the summer- especially when there’s an epic game of ghost in the graveyard happening.

That’s a wrap for Session 1 Agility! These kids worked so hard the last 5 weeks and got to celebrate with a (somewhat😅) friendly game of kickball. The rain soaked ground made things interesting! Thank you parents for the opportunity to work with your young athletes. There are still openings for Session 2 starting next week!
