Step 1 (started!) remove the old fence.
Step 2 (planned) regulation high school girls softball fence!

If you’re out at Lake Farley this weekend (and we hope you are!) the newest bath house/storm shelter is open and accessible! For those camping this is a nice, near facility to many of the campsites.

This poor tree. 🥺 Strategically placed in this spot to provide shade for future players and spectators and instead someone is ripping its arms off. 🚫💪
If a shady spot to sit at ball games doesn’t matter to you please remember it might matter greatly to someone’s grandpa, 👴someone’s little baby brother 👶 or the family dog 🐶 who got to come along for an outing.
You don’t have to like the trees. You don’t have to water the trees or help with their care. But please don’t hinder the efforts of those who DO care about shady spots to watch a baseball game. 🌳⚾️
Some of you might be too young to remember the Pink Floyd song ‘Another Brick in the Wall’ with the line “hey, teacher, leave those kids alone.”
