Matt's Fishin Mission sent us a box of different types of lures and challenged us to catch a fish on everyone of them. We took the box to the Little Miami River, an old Kentucky quarry, and then to a local lake to complete the challenge. Segmented swimbaits, paddletails, inline spinners, crankbaits, and wakebaits.... it was a blast dialing in the bite in all these different conditions. June fishing can be a lot of fun when the rivers and rain allow it.

Wow. We come back home and catch back-to-back 6+ and 4+ pound bass!? Texas got nothing on us! 😝😝😝😝 With over FORTY fish caught, it was a tube from Barracuda Baits LLC that landed the quarry beast. Also tearing drag were baits from Blind Squirrel Baits, Vic Coomer Lures, and our friends at Loud Mouf Tackle. It feels good to be fishing local again. 😎

Finished up coaching the track season at the state championships yesterday, started my fishing/videography season today. It was a nice start to the season. On the tube. 6.40 lbs.
