Bright Spot Friday ✨
What an awesome night at the gym! It was the **last week of the Open**, and we couldn’t have asked for a better Friday evening. The weather was beautiful, the energy was high, and so many of you came out ready to throw down on a **seriously drool-worthy workout** 🤤💪
There’s something special about Open Fridays — watching athletes push themselves, hearing the cheers during those tough moments, and seeing everyone hang around afterward to celebrate the effort. Whether you were going all out, judging, cheering, or just soaking in the atmosphere, it made for an incredible night.
Seeing the community show up like that is what makes this place so great. Thank you to everyone who came out, supported your fellow athletes, and embraced the chaos of the workout together.

One of my favorite sounds in the gym is that PR bell — and it has been ringing a LOT these past couple weeks.
We’ve had athletes hitting PRs across the board — squats, deadlifts, and Turkish get-ups. That’s not by accident. It’s the result of consistent effort, trusting the programming, and showing up ready to work.
It’s been a great week of training at CrossFit Symmetry, and I couldn’t be more proud of the work everyone is putting in. Keep stacking those wins — big and small — they add up.

Hello Community,
Just wanted to update everyone and let you know that the early morning classes for Monday will be cancelled. Snow has stopped for now, but roads are still covered. I would rather be safe than sorry. 9:30 am is still scheduled for now. Hopefully trucks will have had time by then to get roads in better shape. Thank you for your understanding.
