For our 5th–6th Grade athletes, it’s time to take the next step. The Mill Creek Cougars Juniors program builds on the fundamentals while introducing advanced skills, position development, football IQ, and game strategy in a more competitive environment.

Athletes will continue developing their technique, learn the game at a deeper level, compete as a team, and prepare for the next level of football.

Football season is here! The Mill Creek Youth Football League is welcoming K–8th grade athletes for another season of learning, competing, and growing through the game of football.

As a proud member of the North Sound Junior Football League (NSJFL), our athletes get the opportunity to build their skills, develop as players, compete as a team, and be part of the Cougar football community.

📍 Home Games: Archbishop Murphy High School
🏈 Away Games: Throughout Snohomish & King Counties, typically within 25 miles
