⚡️ 500 CLASS CLUB! What a milestone. 🔥
Fay just hit her 500th session. If you know her, you know this was earned every step of the way.
She’s persistent. She’s driven. And when life tries to slow her down… she doesn’t stop. She adjusts, continues to stay positive, is pro-active and comes back even stronger. 💪🏼
HYROX competition: done (and with a podium finish!)

Shoulder surgery: handled like an absolute badass. 🤭
And through it all, she continues to show up not just for herself, but for the people around her. Always supportive, always encouraging. A true advocate for this community.

⚡️ 100 Classes Strong! 💪
Bent just hit his 100th class milestone, and he’s been all in since day one.
He brings a true go-getter mindset to every session. Tracking his data, dialing into his heart rate zones, taking coaching cues, and always looking to improve.
What stands out just as much is how he shows up for others. Always encouraging others, sharing wins, and even noticing the small things… like how his endurance is improving in everyday life.
Wise, humble, and a steady presence in the room, Bent adds something special to this community. 🩵

600 CLASSES STRONG! 💪
Kim is officially the first to hit 600 classes at our BFT!What makes this so powerful isn’t just the number… it’s how she’s gotten there.
She’s always progressing. Always pushing herself to new levels. But at the same time, she honors where she’s at, recognizes how far she’s come, and continues to find new challenges to rise to. 🔥

💯 100 Classes Strong 💪🏼 Congrats, Jim!
Jim officially earned his spot on the 100 Class Club wall, and it’s well deserved.
He shows up humble, works hard, and always leaves with a good sweat. Over time we’ve seen his strength grow and his endurance improve.
No matter what life throws his way, Jim always finds his way back to BFT and gets right back to work.
We also love seeing him train alongside his wife Gwen, who’s in the 100 Class Club too! 💪
