One Martial Arts purpose is to serve our students, members, and families at the highest level. To fulfill this goal, we constantly improve upon everything we do to better the experience we offer. From curriculum development and life-skills education, to staff training and constantly updating our facilities, you can be confident we are always investing in ways to better serve you. One Martial Arts is grateful to extend this service to the community through online, outdoor, and indoor life skills and martial arts programs. We give back in every way possible to our schools and other organizations because we genuinely care about making a difference. We believe that through giving back, we offer the best example as to why many people choose to be part of our culture. We believe that it is the path to constant growth and improvement. We invest our time and resources to provide progressive teaching methods, character development and a curriculum that is fun and effective. “My teenager is always in their room.”

I hear this concern from parents all the time.

The door closes. The headphones go on. The screen lights up. And the conversations that once came so easily become shorter and shorter.

As a parent, you want to give them space. But you also wonder:

Are they lonely?
Are they losing confidence?
Do they feel like they belong somewhere?

Teenagers need a place outside of school and home where they can move, laugh, struggle, improve and connect with others face-to-face.

That is what we work to provide at One Martial Arts.

When teens train together, something changes. They begin looking up instead of down. They encourage one another. They become part of a group where effort matters more than popularity and everyone is working toward becoming better.

Sometimes the first step toward bringing a teen out of their shell is simply giving them somewhere they feel they belong.

Our Teen Martial Arts Program is for ages 12–17, with classes in Millbrae and San Francisco.
