We are so sad that one of our most steadfast Pilates instructors is moving away! Queen Jones has been a beacon of “love and light” and a pure joy to work with over the past three years. We hate to see her go, but we’re excited for her life change! We will miss her so much, but we are happy that she still has family in Milledgeville and can come back to visit us often! Thank you Queen for all that you’ve meant to our studio and good luck in all that you do! Queen’s last class is Thursday May 28th at 6:00 p.m. Please come show her some love! 🙏🏼❤️

Memorial Day Weekend:

In honor of all who served and sacrificed for our great country, our studio will be closed Monday May 25th. As always, autopay members may request VIP access to practice in studio with pre-recorded video during regularly scheduled class times. Saturday class is on at 10:00 a.m.!

I love visiting other studios when I travel! Today, I had an awesome Hot Yoga class with Christina Arambarri @ the beautiful YO BK studio in Miami!

Our beautiful, sweet, and talented Inferno Pilates Instructor, “Mighty” Maddie Ling, is graduating from Jasper County high school on Friday May 15th. Maddie will be moving to Macon in June and attending Kennesaw State University in the fall. We are excited for Maddie’s education journey and especially that she will continue to teach for us on the first Saturday of every month!

Our beautiful, talented, and sweet Inferno Pilates Teacher, Rachel Kempski is graduating from GCSU on Wednesday May 13th with a BS in Nursing degree. She has accepted a position in the labor and delivery department at Northside Forsyth. We are so excited for her journey in health, but will miss her amazing classes so much! Rachel will teach her last class on Monday, May 11 at 8:30 a.m. This class will be recorded for her Inferno Pilates certification & no weights will be utilized.

Our amazing Inferno Pilates Teacher, Ashlyn Grantham, is ready for her 250 HR Inferno Pilates certification!!! We want a BIG turnout for her certification video, so come join us on Saturday, May 9th at 10:00 a.m. to support this process. No weights will be required for this special class, but it will still be a Kick A$$ workout and you'll leave Hot and Happy!
