This past week, we were able to celebrate OUR SOON TO BE NEWEST LITTLE GYM MEMBER!! Clayton and Ashley have always been such a huge part of our gym and really bring life and love to everyone! We can’t WEIGHT to meet our new little crossfitter! Shoutout to for planning and throwing this whole thing together! You killed it!!

After a crazy month of recovering from Murph, vacations and continuing to grind it out, WE ARE BACK FOR MEMBER OF THE MONTH! This month is our very own SCOTT GARPOW! Scott has always been a light to any and everyone that shows up to our gym! Check out his picture to get to know a little bit about our fantastic member Scott!

Thank you to everyone who came out and CRUSHED it for our MDW MURPH!! Today we sweat, screamed, and maybe even cried through the pain as we payed tribute to our fallen heroes who have given it all to protect our country! Thank you to all our members and friends who did it all and to our wonderful coaches for instructing, cooking and being our biggest fans! MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW FOR NEXT YEAR!! LETS GET COMMITTED AND GET BETTER!!

ITS HERE!! SATURDAY MAY 24th!! Join us for our Memorial Day Murph! We participate in this workout to honor Lt Michael Murphy, a former US Navy Seal who gave it all to protect our country! HEATS BEGIN AT 8 and 9:30 AM!! Stay tuned for more info!!

MEMBER OF THE MONTH

This month we are celebrating our two CSCF graduates! Coach Justice Turner and Maddie Brown!! Justice is graduating with a bachelors in Exercise Science and
Maddie is graduating with a bachelors in Business Management and a minor in Criminal Justice! Both have been constant faces in our gym and always so happy to be at CSCF no matter the workout (even if it’s Fran!)

Today we participated in HARNE’S HERO WOD, honoring Lee Harne, a member at CrossFit Adrenaline in Cartersville! While moving for 18 minutes through burpees, dumbbell snatches, toes to bar and goblet squats we endured the pain to get the job done! Thank you to everyone who came out to support such a great cause and thank you CrossFit Adrenaline for reaching out!

Join us on Saturday April 19th for open gym at 9am!! WEAR RED and show support for CrossFit Adrenaline’s member Lee Harne who has recently suffered a stroke. Along with many CrossFit gyms in Georgia, we will be participating to honor and show support for this pillar of the CrossFit community in Cartersville!!
