A legendary wedding in New York 🏀💍 My wedding was Saturday night and it turned into the best Knicks watch party ever. Absolutely electric, and yes, I’ll be sharing more pictures of the night later this week. Back in the gym today as well so regular posts will be resuming 😆

Which is your favorite 👀 One thing I love about handstands is there’s SO many different ways to get into them. Every entry feels completely different and works your body in a different way which keeps it so fun. Some feel strong and powerful, some feel smooth and floaty, and some just humble you instantly 😂

✨Pistol Squat Workout✨There are so many ways to level up the pistol besides repeating the same rep over and over. These are some of my favorite variations for building stronger single-leg strength, balance, control, and improved mobility all at the same time. The goal isn’t just to do a pistol squat, it’s to make it feel strong, controlled, and solid from every angle. Add drills like these into your training and you’ll feel the carryover in almost every lower body movement 👏🏼

2 week body prep for wedding ⬇️
I haven’t done one of these rants in a while because life has been INSANE with wedding prep, but since so many people keep asking what I’m doing leading up to the wedding… here’s the reality of it. Right now I’m not crash dieting or doing anything extreme. I’m mostly focusing on feeling GOOD, less bloated, energized, and confident in my body.

Things I’ve personally been prioritizing lately:
• Drinking a ton of water every single day (more than usual)
• Staying consistent in the gym 5x a week
• Core work almost daily
• Maintaining the same weight I’ve comfortably held since December instead of obsessing over the scale
• Smaller meals throughout the day with snacks
• Cutting back on dairy, fried foods, sugary drinks, etc.
• Prioritizing protein + whole foods
• Digestive enzymes + supplements I personally use to help digestion/bloating

At the end of the day, I’m not trying to become a different person before my wedding. I just want to feel like the healthiest, strongest version of myself 🤍

2 years ago handstand practice looked much different to say the least. I felt ridiculous trying to kick up over and over and the gym, but it really was all worth it. It’s tough to get through the beginning stages of learning handstands. A lot of people quit because it doesn’t feel like it’s clicking, but really you just need to be patient 🙌

✨Handstand to 1-Arm Elbow Lever✨There’s just something about being upside down that makes everything else disappear for a little while. It’s one of those skills that never gets old to me because there’s always something new to work on, improve, or learn. I could practice this every single day and still love it just as much. It’s honestly hard to explain unless you’ve felt it yourself ☺️

✨Save for Later✨ Lower body mobility has honestly changed so much for me. It’s helped my balance, control, depth, flexibility… everything. I feel a huge difference in both my calisthenics and my lifting when I stay consistent with it. I typically do one side all the way through stretching all angles and then move onto the other side. Minimum 15 minutes before our workout and a lot of it is moving that flow together like so
