I have a passion for yoga! The saying, "If you don't move it you lose it." resonates with me. I offer vinyasa, hot, yin and Ashtanga yoga.

I started doing yoga in my early 40s after years of running, biking, and other aerobic exercise.

The perfect posture to do at the end of a long day - Legs up the Wall. Legs up the wall (with slight hip elevation) is a simple yet powerful pose that balances both body and mind. It supports lymphatic drainage, reduces swelling, and boosts circulation to the face and scalp. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, it lowers stress, calms the mind, and promotes relaxation. This gentle inversion also eases tension in the lower back and hips, aids digestion, and improves sleep — a low-effort, deeply nourishing reset for the whole body.
Best done right before going to sleep.
