At Kids Pan Ams, 9 of our athletes gave their all. Only 3 brought home medals, but every single one of them walked away stronger.
In high-level sports, setbacks and losses aren’t failures. They’re part of the journey. What matters most is how we respond.
Real resilience isn’t just “being tough.” It’s learning to step back, adjust, and come back with more clarity, focus, and strength.
This is where greatness is built, not just in moments of victory, but in how we grow from challenge, pressure, and defeat.

This past weekend marked a special milestone as we held our first seminar with our team leader Professor Vicente Júnior alongside Professor Chris Bower in Rochester.
