This is my 4th year organizing these aerial yoga “field trips”. I don’t participate in class in order to capture memories for participants. This past weekend I stole a few minutes (literally less than 5min) to play on a hammock while the Sweatsisters of @transformationsfitnessforwomen took their final rest of class. So often I see these cool poses on the social and it looks so simple and easy. I’ll attempt it, realize it’s more difficult than it seamed and throw in the towel. Began the last day of May with my Saturday morning treat teaching Yoga Foundations at and later taught a Yoga 101 Technique workshop at .

As a result of those two classes I reached a total of 2000.75 teaching hours since I first registered with the to achieve the credential of E-RYT 500!!! (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training). So many hours teaching, guiding, learning and growing. Here’s to the next 2000! 🤣
