Dancing develops coordination, concentration, listening, flexibility, rhythm, strength, and poise. It can bring joy to the soul, exercise for the body, and is a means of artistic expression. Soli Deo Gloria School of Dance offers several classes for beginners as well as dancers with several years of dance training.
