We are extremely proud of Black Bear Lake Day Camp and the summer experiences we have been providing children since 1995. Black Bear Lake’s nurturing environment offers children the opportunity to develop valuable life skills, self-esteem, and encourages social interaction and new adventures. Since 1995, Black Bear Lake has been dedicated to providing children from Monmouth, Mercer and Ocean counties with a summer home. A combination of our mature and responsible staff, unique one of a kind program, along with our extraordinary 40+ acre campus, helps us offer the area’s premier day camp experience. Whether your child is 3 years old, 15 years old, or any age in between, Black Bear Lake offers a program that is safe, exciting and fun filled with friendship, adventure and spirit! No other summer camp program allows so much customized flexibility. As a result, our campers return year after year - all the way through the 10th grade! Black Bear Lake has the highest return rate of any camp with some groups over 90%. The average camper attends for 6 years with many over 10 years!
