In December of '07, the seven time F1 champion Michael Schumacher, fearing he would be late to the airport, asked the taxi driver if he could drive. As quoted by the taxi driver: "He drove at full throttle around the corners and overtook in some unbelievable places." At that instant, he had a new business idea - a Taxi business comprised of Ferraris (of whatever manufacturer) and real drivers that can actually get you to the airport in time for your flight.

And while I don't know the specifics of this fire, this is why we always have the car sit outside the trailer for a while after it's been run.
Well, that's ONE way of going out on top....The B.F.E. GP race-winning Dropped Packet Racing Integra suffered an electrical fire IN THE TRAILER on the way home from the track. :(
Good weekend so far. The BMW was leading at one point yesterday until a black flag mistakenly was given that put them three laps behind. They are doing great today so we're really hoping for a great finish.
The My Little Ponycar is doing well. We're having a lot of fun. Three out of the five drivers are new to the track. Standing somewhere in the mid-40s. Happy to see that all drivers today have made under 2 minute laps.
So I was checking over the entry list for NJMP and discovered that the second Schumacher team is registered. It will be good to get the band back together.
