Today is my (Tamara) last class to teach for the Monkey. This has been such a beautiful part of my life for the last 17 years, and I want to thank Sara for creating a space where I could find an authentic version of myself, and I want I thank all the students for letting me share myself with you , and you sharing yourself with me. What an amazing chapters in our life this has been. 💕🐒🪷

Fall retreat 2024 ❤️

There are still a few spots left & we’d love to have you for our last Mellow Monkey Lake Cda retreat. This is a great way to transition into the fall season, refresh your body, mind, & spirit.
We’ll have a nice mix of meditation, active yoga, restorative yoga, & Ayurvedic practices. And it’s all optional! Make the weekend what you need it to be. ❤️
