Wearing our apparel as we are gearing up for Kathi Ross-Nash workshops - next week (Laura) at The Red Thread Ranch and coming up in June with KRN (Laura +Heather)!.. We can’t wait for the learning to begin!

Sometimes we have to pivot… My needs were more important than my wants . I wanted to do a full mat workout.. I needed to open up my back and my hips.. So I did a short mat workout and added in some barrel to open up my tight back and Cadillac ballet stretches to open my hips. This is why I love the classical studio.. The equipment is there to meet my body where it is at on any given day💕 #classicalpilates #pilates #barrel #stretch #lengthen

Even instructors need to put in extra effort to stay strong! Here I am completing homework exercises. Huge shoutout to Vanessa Pilates for the guidance and to my incredible mentor Kathi for introducing us - grateful for the connection!

Our client Blake.. an all around athlete.
Came to us very rounded posture through the upper back, tight chest and weak core.
Arm springs on the Cadillac allow him to connect and reach through his back .
This has allowed him to strengthen those muscles that restricted his chest from opening.
The springs also help him find a much deeper core connection.
He is truly committed to the work in and out of the studio💕
