Hey Gym Family!

Thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate the recovery process. It will be day to day.

The GOOD news:
Neither gym sustained any damage and both gyms do have power now!🙌 This means 24hr access is available and showers are hot even if you just need to go get a break!

For Mon all regular classes are canceled. 24 hr access is available but please be mindful of curfews and road conditions.
3P will have open gym with a coach on site from 8-10a and 3:30-5:30p.
SRC will be 8:30-10:30a.

We'll update tomorrow for Tuesday. Please reach out if you need ANY help and remember to be kind to your neighbors!💜

FAMILY — WE’RE HERE FOR YOU!

The gym survived, but unfortunately, we are still without power, and we don’t know when it will be restored.

The good news is that 3P is okay and has power! 🙏

If you need help, a place to get out of the house for a bit, or just somewhere to exist while we navigate all of this, please reach out. We’re here for you!

I’ve spent the day traveling around, cutting trees and clearing branches, and I encourage everyone to get out and help their neighbors however you can.

We’re all going through this together. This is bigger than the gym, bigger than training, and bigger than our normal routines. Right now, it’s about taking care of each other and our community.

We’ll continue to keep everyone updated as we learn more about the power situation and when we can safely return to normal operations and classes.
Until then, stay safe, check on your neighbors, and remember that we’re all in this together.
