My apologies for posting periodically. I’m looking forward being more consistent n keeping up w/ this page not only to interact w/ those interested in restorative yoga but feel free to discuss pertinent issues that might concern you during your journey to self.

We are coming to the end of another unique year.
You have a couple of weeks left,
to let it all go.

Let go of worry, what will be will be.
Let go of regret, what’s done is done.
Let go of anger, it’s prolonging your pain.

Let it all go and make way.

You cant reach for the new, if your arms are full of yesterday’s baggage.

We can’t go back, my friends, but we can move on, lightly, without that load.

So...
Let it all go, set it all down.
It’s dragging you back.
And you’re not going back,
You’re going forward.

So go forward, with peace.

You did what you did,
life gave what it gave,
and we are who we are.

I was in the hospital for a couple months to start the year off. I’m home recovering from leg surgery (a double arterial bypass). I’m getting my strength back doing seated yoga n intentional deep breathing. (I was told I need open heart surgery). Although, aim reluctant due to fear… I’m doing my best to get my healing capacity. Pls send healing energy!
