Some fun projects happening at the farm this week! Thanks Pops for the assist!

It’s been a busy few weeks and so much going on! But we all had a blast the last couple days at the Lucinda Green XC clinic at Full Gallop Farm. Everyone had a successful clinic learning so much and having making new friends! Looking forward to putting our new skills into practice!

A fabulous weekend in the Ocala sun! Tammy, Maya, Dee and Jen took a crew to have at Rocking Horse. Jen finally found the ignition switch on Turbo and smoked around the Novice course, he’s finally growing up!! Tammy and her boy Figgy had a solid dressage and showjumping, but just got a bit out of sync on XC and decided to make the smart decision and call it a day. Dee and Hadiya’s girl Valley had SO much fun and are have way too much fun! Maya and RME’s Daz are looking so confident finishing on their dressage score and taking home an 8th this weekend.

Parker also got to have some fun with Emily and Halen at Bouckaert! Halen and her new boy Shaggy are getting to know each other and had some baby brain moments but otherwise had a fantastic time. Emily and her girl Connie have been busting their butts this past fall and are coming out strong this spring and looking so much more confident and grown up 😉

Well it's been a very busy few weeks at RME!! Congratulations to Halen on her new boy "Shaggy". Thank you Donna Miller for such an easy transaction!! 😉

With the days getting longer and spring just around the corner, it's time think about joining River Mist's Academy program! We offer small groups, on QUALITY lesson horses and a positive learning environment.

A very productive day today at the farm. Since we already had the extra staples and farm prep for the horses ready to go earlier in the week. And since it was too wet to ride today, so we opted to gut the laundry room, set up the new tool room, finish the “basement” stalls so the ponies will be all the way out of the weather, and did some minor work in all 3 tackrooms!

Thanks to Parker, Rhi and Joel who helped me get all the crazy random projects done today!! And to Mark who brought us all lunch so we could keep going!

And of course we couldn’t take a day like this with the awesome Jorge taking care of all the ponies ;-)

Here’s to bold lines, sticky rides, clean stadium rounds… and the annual resolution to buy fewer saddle pads (we all know how that goes-Jen will end ul donating them ALL).

A great weekend for the RME crew who went down to TerraNova Equestrian Center!

🔹Jennifer Ashton Scherrens and RME’s Engines Ready finished 4th in the Novice, just adding an unfortunate rail in stadium to their score before a brave double clear XC!
🔹Maya and RME’s I Solemnly Swear…… rocked it in the Beg Novice to finish 5th on their dressage score, a 29!!!
🔹Alicia and RME’s Armadillo soared around the Beg Novice to also finish on their 30 in dressage to end in 6th!
🔹Dee and Hadiya’s lovely girl Valiant also finished on their dressage score of a 34 to move up the ribbons to 7th!

Way to go team! So proud of everyone, and a great experience at TerraNova!
