💪 We honored Old “Stink Eye” Eddie at the MAC today. 🤨 He was Kyle’s dad and Lisa’s husband. He was a man of real faith and honor but he was also an absolute comedian that was everyone’s friend and could make anyone laugh. The workout is called “This is Bullsh!t” for various reasons but mostly just because it’s been 7 years and we miss still him daily.

😍 Happy Gotcha Day to the Best in the world! 🐶 I brought her into our world in a time of chaos 7 years ago, and she has brought us nothing but love, calmness, and companionship. The gym is her favorite place where she sees all of her friends and gets all of the treats! She can sleep through even the loudest of workouts and classes but she’ll always come around to greet you and get butt scratches. She is an absolute gem and we love her. 💎 I’m pretty sure we even have members that come just for her…😍
