We’ve got a few schedule changes and announcements for the rest of the month! Please take a moment to read through everything below:
🔧 Wednesday, July 15
The gym will be CLOSED for maintenance. We’ll be back to our regular schedule the following day!
🥊 Wednesday Evenings
Our Mommy & Me class is currently on hold. We’re changing the 6:00 PM Wednesday class to a Teen Class instead!
🚫 Thursday, July 23
There will be NO Morning Class that day. All evening classes will run as scheduled.

JULY SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE!
Our first camp was an absolute blast, and we can’t wait to do it all again! If your child has been wanting to try boxing or build their confidence, this is the perfect opportunity.
* July 27–31, 2026
* 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* Ages 8–17
* $200 for the week
Throughout the week, campers will learn:
🥊 Proper stance & footwork
🥊 Correct punches & form
🥊 Boxing fundamentals
🥊 Partner drills & pad work
🥊 Conditioning & agility
🥊 Focus, discipline & confidence
Whether they’re brand new to boxing or already have experience, we’ll help them improve their skills while having a great week!

Finished off camp today with some light sparring! 🥊
We are so proud of every single camper who showed up this week, worked hard, encouraged one another, and stepped outside their comfort zones. It was an awesome week!
