The days, weeks, and months continue to fly right bye. My hope is that you all are staying safe, healthy, and active.
With that in mind, I am promoting a Fall Fit Month starting Sunday, November 1st thru November 30th!

November is Men's Health and Awareness month. Statistics show, Each day 60 men take their lives.

I wish to make the number 60 mean something positive each day and for the entirety of the month.

Daily exercise: (any, all, some)

60 Squats
60 Goodmornings
60 Glute Extensions
60 pushups
60 sec plank
60 V-ups
60 Mountain Climbers
60 Burpees
60 sec Squat holds
60 Jump Squats
60 Side bridge Leg Raises
60 Split Jumps
60 Skaters
(chose from or make up your own) (weighted exercises too)

Monthly Exercise Target
60 Miles run/walk bike
1800 Total of exercise options

A spreadsheet will be constructed by Monday to keep mutual accountability.

As an added emphasis I encourage any who can to grow a mustache, or shave your beard in a supporting effort for the month. I will be sure to have weekly updates of my mustache progress

[03/16/20]   Hello Fitness Faithful

With all the unease and concerns surrounding the current health event I have decided to cancel our HIIT Social this week in order to better grasp the gravity of the situation. Everyone's safety and health is of the highest priority to all of us at Step Above.

No work out is going to outweigh the risks. I appreciate all your hard work, accomplishments, and support.
I'd like to put a handful of bodyweight hiit workouts together for those wishing to get a sweat on their own. If anyone would be interested I can make a workout video or live stream.

I am very sorry to do this so abruptly, and for any inconvenience
