Unfortunately the Salmon will not be swimming up to the plate in Michiana this weekend! The matches in Nappanee, IN on Saturday, September 19th and Benton Harbor on Sunday, September 20th are cancelled due to field conditions. ☹️

We hope to see you at our next match on Sunday, October 4th in Blue Island, IL.

It's the annual Michiana Barnstorm Weekend! On Saturday, September 19th the Salmon are swimming to West Park in Nappanee, IN for a vintage base ball match against the Elkhart County Railroaders and Valparaiso Lookouts. On Sunday, September 20th the Salmon are swimming to Eden Springs Park in Benton Harbor, MI for a match against the The House of David Echoes and Friends. Both matches begin at 1:00pm EDT.

On Sunday, August 23rd the Salmon are swimming to Lincoln Park in Chicago, IL for a vintage base ball match against the McHenry County Independants. The match begins at 1:00pm CDT and the field is behind the Chicago History Museum. We hope to see you there!

It's a double Salmon weekend! On Saturday, July 25th the Salmon are swimming to Kline Creek Farm in West Chicago, IL for a vintage base ball match against the Lemont Quarrymen.  On Sunday, July 26th the Salmon are swimming to Big Ball Park in Riverside, IL for a vintage base ball match against the Milwaukee Grays. Both matches begin at 1:00pm CST. We hope to see you there!

Happy Women in Baseball Week! ⚾ The Chicago Salmon are proud to have several women on our roster, both past and present, and the Salmon would not exist without our incomparable club owner, Boss Lady. ❤️ And yes, to answer a very commonly asked question, women did play base ball in 1858! 🤩 Pictured are Flapjack, Man Hands, Boss Lady, Peaches, and Hoover.
