This class will be dimly lit by the glow of candles to invite in a calming, soft presence. Designed to give you space to stretch, move at your own pace, and unwind before you head into bed for the night. Think meditation in motion; a mindful flow that incites us to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance, and grace

Join Bethany on Sunday July 26th, 9:00-10:00am at Healium Restore or from the comfort of your own home for a monthly Community Meditation offering. Whether you are starting, sustaining, or are just curious about meditation, this class is friendly for all levels of experience. Meditation is a powerful skill that can be cultivated with practice! It can help with improving focus, sleep, emotional regulation, awareness, and much more.

This class is offered hybrid - both available for in-person at Healium Restore and live-stream via Z00M. This offering is no-cost, however if you feel called to donate to our YTT Scholarship Fund, donations are welcome.

Deep Rest Yoga Nidra
for Acceptance

Join Becky on Friday July 24th from 6:00-7:00pm at Healium Restore for Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra for Acceptance.

No one is perfect, but the world would have us think we should be. We will work on a mindset shift that centers on the idea that humans are inherently flawed. We will write personal intentions to work towards accepting our messy flaws as a normal part of the human experience. When we lay down for the Nidra practice, we will envision a journey of self-acceptance.
