We purchased another house! And helped someone out of a bad situation. We LOVE to help! The house was vacant for 5 years, behind in property taxes by $35K, and the house was in big distress. We were able to offer a fair price that got the seller some cash and get this off her hands. Bonus, the neighbors love it that the house is going to be fixed up.

Hey everybody! I know I haven't posted in awhile, Here is a couple of houses we bought and sold,
The seller came to us with his mother's house, and he lived next to her. He wanted to move to Tennessee to be closer to other family that lived there, and wanted to sell these two houses for moving money and a new life. We paid a fair CASH price that worked for him and his mother.(Had to straighten out a couple of title issues too!) And they got to move on.
We marketed them to our network, and sold them to someone who was adding to their rental portfolio. They got a great deal too! They are asking us for more properties too.

Remember to keep the snow off the edge of your roof this winter to prevent ice damming! Ice damming happens when snow collects on your roof, then starts to melt from the heat of your house, and then re-freezes creating a dam to the gutters. The new melted water can't go into the gutters, and starts to back up under the shingles and ultimately into the house! A snow rake makes this easy, and you only have to rake the bottom 2 feet. Pay attention to the valleys, where two rooflines come together. Stay warm and have a safe winter!
