Purpose Hurdle Mobility for non-hurdles!
Hurdle Mobility exercises are used to force the joints to move through large ranges of motion, all while demanding technical ex*****on of movements. It is designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and coordination.
Hurdle Mobility helps to strengthen pelvic regions, the lower back and, lower abdominal areas. It is important when athletes are executing that athletes are turning the toe outward during every forward movement, to preserve proper balance's in the hip's rotator groups.

Meet the Coach behind the brand.
My name is Ciara Jarrett you can call me Coach Ci. I started Live Untamed, because I truly enjoy helping athletes reach their speed potential. I’m zealous when it comes to implementing knowledge gained from experience and intense coursework of track and field.
I have previous coaching experience at John Marshall High School WI, St. Cloud State University (D2), University of Wisconsin-Stout (D3), Oakland University (D1), and I’m currently coaching at Bryant & Stratton College WI (JUCCO). I have helped programs improve appearances on a conference and national championships in the sprints events. Moreover, I’ve increased final appearances with the short sprint event group at Marshall High, SCSU, & UW-Stout.
During my college years I had a successful career as a former Division I Track and Field Athlete at Youngstown State University. I was awarded Youngstown State’s 2013-2014 Women’s Vindicator Student-Athlete of the year, as well as became the first YSU athlete to win the same event four consecutive years at the league championships, winning the 200-meter dash. I assisted my team in winning three indoor and outdoor Horizon League conference championships, as well as NCAA Track and Field preliminary appearances in the 200-meter dash.
I currently hold my USATF Level 1 Certification, USTFCCCA Sprints, Hurdle, & Relay Event Specialist Certification, and Advanced Endorsement Strength and Conditioning Coaching Certification.

I’m really happy about this because with the help of wix layouts and their platform, photoshop, and endless calls to HDDesignz I put together the website for my company and created mockups to promote the launch of my site. To be honest I give it up to all creative, graphic designers and web developers because this stuff is hard. I felt accomplished after completing it. It’s so much more to come though, stay tuned. Until then tell your athletes to book me.

I hope everyone is staying safe and at home during this pandemic. We are praying for everyone who has lost someone or something during this trying time.
With that being said, training will resume in later June to ensure the safety of everyone’s well being. I know the safer-at-home order is to be lifted at the end of May, but I would like to ensure continued safety of everyone.
