I found this rare Body Master’s standing hamstring curl and have been rebuilding it in my in between time for months. The engineering on this machine blows me away and the resistance curve feels great. It starts heavy on the stretch and tapers towards the top. It has a few adjustment points to fit different body sizes and the weight stack is deceivingly heavy. It’s available for use now at CoMotion Gym in Milwaukee.

We’re adding about 2000+ sqft to the gym.
Already getting to work on this space that will give the gym much needed breathing room.
Will start painting tomorrow ✅ Looking for leads on flooring if anyone knows anyone 🤝

This is what showing up consistently and putting in the work looks like ☝️ Super proud of you!
Currently one of the most sought after pieces of strength equipment - I’ve been looking for this chain driven Nautilus Super Pullover for years before I finally came across this one being sold by a mutual friend a few hours away.
Rehabbing this thing was one of the toughest projects I’ve had, and had a fair amount of hang-ups along the way. I documented the whole thing so follow me if interested to see how I did it.
In the meantime if you’re in Milwaukee, come try it out at CoMotion gym.
Having a tough day? Take a positive affirmation card with you. Sweat a little harder today, but forgot your towel? Don’t use our sauna without one, but you’re welcome to take a travel face towel, wet it under the sink and get yourself clean and cool. Just need a positive space to decompress in? Great, take a seat in our bungee chair or zen out on the carpet. Need some sunshine, but it’s raining…again? Jump in the standing tanning bed. We’re here for not only your physical health, but your mental and emotional wellbeing too 🙏
We’re located in Milwaukee WI and our private sauna and tan room is included with our 24/7 gym membership at no extra charge.
