Roufusport MMA Academy

Roufusport is Wisconsin's Premier Martial Arts Academy for MMA, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling and Self-Defense. Adult and Youth programs (ages 4-12).

Roufusport MMA Academy is located one block south of Blue Mound Road, on the west side of the street at 321 North 76th Street (lower level below Blue's Egg Cafe) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA. The school's modern location is conveniently located 6 blocks north of the I-94 Expressway and is minutes from anywhere in Milwaukee County, the surrounding southwestern, western and north western suburbs, and

Lake country.

Roufusport offers specialized group classes and private lessons in Mixed Martial Arts ("MMA"), Roufus Kickboxing (based on Muay Thai, the 700 year old national sport of Thailand), Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu (Submission Grappling), Wrestling, and the "sweet science" of Boxing, for adults and children ages 4 and older. If you are looking for a really great workout, and/or how to really protect yourself, our MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling classes provide the perfect answer (and results).

Our modern, academic style program, is designed to accommodate students of all levels and ability. While the training is as real as it gets, Roufusport Academy realizes that not everyone shares the same ambitions or desires.

If fitness is your thing, our unique, one-of-a-kind program allows you to learn all of the correct offensive and defensive techniques of each combat sport while delivering a fantastic, highly physical cardio workout. No student is forced to "fight" or spar. You decide how far and to what level you want to take your training.

With that in mind, top trainer and 4-Time World Kickboxing Champion, Duke Roufus, drawing upon over 50 years of experience, has developed a system that delivers an excellent, full body workout without compromising the teaching and education of proper and correct technique, form, movement and style. Duke is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable, technically proficient Kickboxers and trainers in the world, and has been involved in the Martial Arts and Kickboxing community since he was 4 years old.

Duke has created a training system that anyone can utilize, from true beginners to ring veterans alike, everyone practices at their own level and ability. Students from all walks of life train together, each with a slightly different goal or objective. Among them are:

• Exercise to lose weight/get in better shape;

• Tone up;

• Reduce stress;

• Meet new, positive minded, goal orientated people;

• Add something new and exciting to the exercise mix;

• Additional conditioning for cross training;

Whether your child is brand new to wrestling or already experienced, this camp will focus on building strong fundamentals, improving technique, and developing confidence on the mat.
