When we’re caught in shame, we often forget we’re not alone in our struggles. But self-compassion gently reminds us: we all stumble, we all hurt, and we all belong. 💗
If you’re feeling isolated today, take one small step—place a hand on your heart, and remind yourself of your humanity.
FYI..no yoga tonight in Greendale 2/3/26....see you next week! But keep practicing your simple wishes to your dear ones, self and neutral people that you meet during your day to day.

Currently, I offer public group classes at Invivo Wellness in Milwaukee on Tuesdays at noon and Sundays at 9:30. Greendale Community Church Tuesday evenings at 6:30 and Thursday mornings at 9:30.
I offer Yoga for Fertility at The Fertility Clinic at Practice Longevity in Brookfield. This class is done in 3 or 6 week sessions at various times throughout the year.
Yoga for Cancer Care at Froedtert at Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek is offered one Saturday a month and Meditation 101 is offered one Monday a month. Feel free to contact me for more info or contact Small Stones Wellness.
