MOVEMENT TO MEDITATION
Sundays from 11:30am-12:30pm with
A little bit about what to expect ~
“Join me for movement to meditation! After some light movement we will use props and wall support to provide a steady and comfortable position from which to explore meditation techniques that we can take into our daily lives. We will practice each technique for 4-8 weeks at a time to gain familiarity and to see the growth that each method can bring. Whether you are new to meditation or you have been practicing for many years, this is a great opportunity to explore, initiate or deepen your meditation through weekly consistent practice with others. We will have space and time after the meditation for questions or to share our experiences so that we can support each other.”
This class will be complimentary to your bikram practice, and vice versa.
Come for the 9:30am Classic 26 with on Sunday mornings and stay for Movement to Meditation!

🌼 This Sunday, May 10th, you’re invited to bring a mother to practice - on us. It doesn’t have to be your mom. Any mom you’d like to share space with is welcome. 🌼
Love each other ~ love a mother!
Moms - you’re also welcome to bring your kiddo (ages 16+)!
Spots are limited, so please email ([email protected]) or DM us ahead of time to let us know you’re bringing someone and we’ll make sure they’re saved a spot.
Please note, there is no Vin to Yin class on Sundays moving forward (new class coming to the schedule beginning 5/17- stay tuned!), so please join us for the 9:30am Classic 26 lead by !

TUESDAY, APRIL 14th 9:30am POP UP BIKRAM WITH JOAN!! We are beyond excited and incredibly grateful to be welcoming Joan back to the “podium” for a guest appearance next week! began teaching at Yoga Heights in 2021 and immediately turned our world, and our students’ experience upside-down, for the better! Joan leads her life with unmatched positivity and an open spirit; she teaches from her heart, and from a lifetime of wisdom. Although Joan’s path has led her to other ventures in the meantime, we are so excited to offer you a taste of her magic, if only for 90 minutes! A bit about Joan in her own words ~
“I found Bikram yoga about 20 years ago and quickly became a student who practiced 5 to 6 days a week, religiously. I knew right away I had to teach. Unable to take the traditional route, I was trained by Marit Sathrum, the studio owner and Bikram trained teacher. I have been teaching and practicing since and never looked back. This practice has helped me stay physically healthy, emotionally well, and even mentally stable at times. It has always been there for me!”
