Yoga for MS and Neurological Conditions

Join us for an open house in Waukesha Wi for a gym and wellness center free for people with MS.

Join us for free Tai Chi and Qigong classes every Monday in September from 6-7pm at Polonia Peace Park, 1100 W. Montana Street, Milwaukee, WI 53215. This series will focus on joint health and arthritis relief. Class can be practiced standing or seated. Wear sneakers or bring a chair.

Join us this Monday, July 1st at 6pm for Free Community Yoga. Donations gladly accepted and will go to park improvements.
