We can't win this season ... PRACTICE IS CANCELLED AGAIN TONIGHT!

Due to the warm weather, SSMSC has reschedule this Sunday's Lock City Speedskating meet to February 11th (Saturday) from 10am-2pm.

Can't believe it is going to rain January 23rd!!!!! As a result, SSMSC practice will be cancelled today.

Practice resume this afternoon from 4-6pm. Bundle up ... it will be a little cool out there! (okay ... it will be COLD)

Speedskating practice is cancelled tonight due to poor weather conditions!

SSMSC skaters posted a number of Personal Best times (PB) this weekend, including Christopher VerHaagh who shattered his 500m PB by 6 seconds!!! Kieran Desjardins, Josh Grawbarger also posted PB times. Also representing SSMSC were Tyler Oliver and Gary Trembinski. This year's event which was made up of over 150 skaters from across the mid-central United States and SSM. CONGRATULATIONS to all our skaters ... you made us proud!!!!!

SSMSC practiced Friday at the Pettit National Ice Centre, followed by Time Trials event Saturday.
