Before and After photos are my favorites.
Alice's Garden Urban Farm is planting a small, mainly herbal, farm at Lakefront Brewery. It is our 10th anniversay project honoring ten years of our Farmers Training Project and the Herbal Apprentice Program.

So far, at the brewery's request, we have planted basil, chives, oregano, parsley, mint and dill. Russ, the owner also wanted pumpkins. They started going in today.

This is what reciprocity looks like.
As not-for-profit organizations, we do not always expect to be on the receiving end of a partnership relationship. There is so much we have to offer.

Rosemary Raspberry Biscuits available at tonight's Alice's Garden Artisan Market. Ashlee Bishop is birthing an herb-based bakery business, rooted in her desire to cultivate "simple pleasures" as a part of her business Unapologetic Self Care.

There is nothing "simple" about this biscuit! Its flavors are complex and DELICIOUS! We are able to support her plant-based business through a grant from the Zilber Family Foundation, as she cultivates herbs and vegetables in her garden plot at Alice's Garden Urban Farm. She will also be part of our Recipe to Retail program, and will receive additional resources and support.

You might want to stop by to get a biscuit!
We are here until 8pm tonight.
