⚾🥎 Introducing EBSCA: a new European platform for coach education and development

The European Baseball Coaches Association (EBCA) is proud to introduce the European Baseball & Softball Coaches Association (EBSCA).

EBSCA is a joint initiative organised by EBCA and WBSC Europe, bringing together the experience and expertise of EBCA and the European Softball Coaches Association (ESCA). Together, we are creating one unified community for baseball and softball coaches across Europe.

Our shared mission:

To connect, educate and inspire baseball and softball coaches across Europe.

Through EBSCA, coaches at every level will have access to:

⚾ Coach education programmes
🥎 International webinars and educational resources
⚾ The EBSCA Convention
🥎 The EBSCA Training Camp
⚾ Networking opportunities across Europe
🥎 International partnerships and membership benefits

EBSCA also builds on EBCA’s long-standing partnership with the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and opens new opportunities for softball coaches through cooperation with the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA).

All existing EBCA members and their memberships have been migrated to the new EBSCA website. Members can now access their accounts through the new platform.

Whether you coach beginners, youth athletes, club teams, elite players or national programmes, EBSCA welcomes everyone who is committed to learning, sharing knowledge and developing the next generation of athletes.

Actually, we are already at 403!

This is a gigantic milestone for European baseball and softball—and one we could never have reached without our incredible members and coaches.

Thank you to everyone who has joined EBCA, shared knowledge, supported fellow coaches, attended our events, and helped our community grow. Together, we are building a stronger future for baseball and softball coaching across Europe and beyond.

𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡!

Registration opened yesterday for the 𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, taking place from 𝟮𝟵–𝟯𝟭 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 at Hotel Zonar Zagreb in Croatia.

⚾ Join baseball and softball coaches from across Europe and beyond for an inspiring weekend filled with coaching education, practical presentations, networking, and fresh ideas.

Softball will once again have a prominent place in the programme, with 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

One of baseball’s most respected pitching coaches and player-development specialists. His impressive career includes Major League coaching roles with the Houston Astros, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Pittsburgh Pirates.

Former professional pitcher, coach, author, and speaker. Dan works with both baseball and softball players and coaches, covering throwing mechanics, arm care, strength, confidence, and mental resilience.
