2017 MAST Race #11 - Crew: Brian Hein, Sue Boe, Donnie BoeSr, Curtis Helm, and Michael W Ervin. Thanks for the photos Mike.

Our PHRF (or handicap) has us placed as the 5th fastest boat out of 34 on the water. We will hafta' hustle this year. :)

Great sunset last night over Milwaukee as we return to port from a nice sail. Thanks Donnie BoeSr, Sue Boe! Your neighbors where very nice guests too.

Boat is as ready as we can get it in time for our launch tomorrow. I replaced the TV antenna that the shipyard broke off. Special thanks to Tim Byers for troubleshooting and replacing the masthead radio antenna and Sue Boe for helping paint the bottom. She (Bandito, not Sue) looks much better with the bottom paint back on and a fresh boot stripe.

The boat has a bare bottom and needs to be painted. Looks like we will miss the launch this Friday. The yard rescheduled for Monday. Let's hope for dry weather this weekend to get the barrier coat and antifouling paint on. :) Help is appreciated, I have German schnapps, Virgin Islands Rum, and Bier to offer...

Mast is off. Replacing the running rigging, putting on two new antennas, replacing a wind vane. Can't wait for this season to begin!
