TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY!
I started my journey doing the 21 day fix over 10 months ago! Since then I can't even tell you how much it has changed my life. In the first 3 months I lost 20 lbs! My goal was to look amazing in my wedding dress, I reached that goal and so much more! I have learned to love to workout when I used to hate it in the past. I wouldn't be caught DEAD in a bikini but now I have the confidence to wear it proud. I have learned to love my body. It's still a work in process but I know now that I can be proud to wear anything I want and look good in it! I always thought I ate good but learned how to eat healthy and portion out my food better. I have more energy than I did before and feel great everyday! I have become a coach now and I want to help others reach their goals and gain the self confidence that I have.
